DELIVERY TERMS

 

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes of course! Our Tunisian silvercrafts are shipped worldwide.

 

How do you deliver?

All orders are shipped by DHL Post unless otherwise specified. This means that your package is carefully tracked until it arrives at its destination.

 

What are your charges for delivery?

We ship from Tunisia and we charge:

16 EUR/20 USD for the first kilogram and 10 EUR/14 USD for every additional kilogram for shipments to Europe, the Arab Union and Russia.

30 EURO/ 34 USD for the first kilogram and 15 EUR/19 USD for every additional kilogram for shipments to any other country in the world.

Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please note, that we can’t refund shipping costs for uncollected or returned items.

 

How long will it take to process and deliver my order?

Before we ship your order, a dedicated agent of the National Office of Tunisian Handicraft will certify that all items were handmade in Tunisia. This process can delay shipping by one or two business days.

In-stock Silvercrafts

When you complete your order, items in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or official Tunisian holidays.

Out-of-stock and Pre-Ordered Silvercrafts

While some products take a half day's work to complete, others take up to 6 months of rigorous labor. So when you pre-order or custom-order and out-of-stock product, time-to-delivery varies depending on the item. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • US and Canada: 1-3 weeks
  • Europe  and the Arab World: 3-14 business days
  • All other countries: 1-3 weeks

We are not liable for  any loss or damage of an item in transit, or expense related to any delay of delivery once the item has been shipped. When you pre-order a silver craft, the full price is charged the day the order is placed.

As mentioned in our handmade statement, we will do our best to send you the silver craft you select. However, small variations in size and shape may occur due to the fact that all items are handmade.

 

My order has been shipped, what next?

Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package. You should be able to track your order via DHL’s official tracking portal. Send us an email at help@barkastore.com for further assistance.

 

I’ve been waiting longer than expected for my delivery. What should I do?

Send us an email at  help@barkastore.com. We will take care of you.

 

What if the item I received was damaged during delivery?

At Barka we always take extra care in packaging your item. If the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately at help@barkastore.com

 

How can I change the delivery address on my account?

You can change your delivery address any time before the product is shipped. Email us at help@barkastore.com to make sure we ship your order to the correct address.
