What kinds of items can I return?

Returns are accepted on all items sold by BarkaStore except pièce unique items, special orders, items on sale, and custom-ordered pieces.

 

How long do I have to return an item ordered from BarkaStore?

You have 14 days from the date of the invoice to return any items, provided that they are unused, unworn, unwashed, free of defects, and in their original packaging (if applicable).

 

Do I get a refund for returned items?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds. However, we do offer Barka Credit for returned items. If you place an order and you aren’t satisfied, you can exchange. We’ll issue you a credit for the value of the item that you are returning. Please, keep in mind that you’re responsible for return shipping as well as the re-shipping fees of your exchange item (see below).

 

Can  I exchange an item that I purchased with Barka Credit?

Unfortunately, we can only offer a one-time exchange for Barka Credit.

 

How can I return an item?

  • First, pre-authorize the return by emailing help@barkastore.com or calling +216 23 625 817. We’ll have to charge some additional fees for returns that have not been pre-authorized (see below).

  • Package with care all items you wish to return, so that they’ll make it safely back to us, and make sure to include the original receipt.

  • Ensure all items for their full cost.

  • Ship to:

What do I need to return an item?

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. They must also be safely packed so that they aren’t damaged in transit and insured for their full cost.

 

What are the costs associated with returning an item?

All shipping costs for returned items (including insurance) are at the customer’s expense . If returned items are not in good condition, a restocking fee may apply. Returns that have not been pre-authorized will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
