Elaborately and delicately designed using the ancient silver-ornamentation filigree process, this apple was carefully wrought by five artisans over the course of two weeks. Traditionally given to Tunisian brides as a place to store their blusher, the silver apple can serve as an elegant container for jewelry, cosmetics, or other precious items. With a simple twist, the apple can open into two halves to reveal an internal container.
