Do you ship internationaly ?

Of course! DHL Post is our official shipping carrier. Each shipment has an invoice declaring the value of your silvercraft ad required by customs and regulations. However, we may not be able to service certain zones of conflict. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive ? 

All our products take between 4 business days and three weeks to get to you. Before we ship you your desired silvercraft, a dedicated agent of the National Office of Tunisian Handicraft certifies that this product was handmade in Tunisia. This process may delay dispatch by one or two business days.

Silvercrafts in stock:

When you complete your order, your chosen silver crafts will be shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) 

Silvercrafts out of stock: 

If you would like to pre-order a silver craft, the full price will be deducte dthe same day in which the order is placed. 

As mentioned  in our handmade statement, we will do our best to send you the silvercraft you have chosen. However, small variations may exist because it’s handmade. While some products take a half-day’s work to complete, others take up to 6 months of rigorous labor. 

We will send you an email within two business days of an estimated delivery time. 

Estimated transit Time after send off:

US and Canada: between 1 and 3 weeks.

Europe  and the Arab World : between  3 business days and 2 weeks.

The Rest of the World: 1 and 3 weeks is not responsible shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of

How much is your shipment fee ? 

We ship our products worldwide 

US clients are not subject to import fees thanks to a trade agreement between the US and Tunisia. Hence, they are assured a 0% charge on import fees. 

.All prices are including Tunisian VAT (18%). Residents outside of Tunisia can make purchases excluding VAT. The tax will automatically be reduced at checkout.Orders to countries outside Tunisia may be subject to VAT, import and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. Please note you will be responsible for any taxes or duties your country collects on imported goods.Shipping costs will be added to your order.

 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive you will get an email with tracking information. 

Are your shipments insured ?

Of course! shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the client. Once, your shipment reaches destination, it is no longer insured. 


Ou mission is to make you fall in love with our Tunisian silvercrafts. However, if for you are not statisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit or store exchange or partial refund within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. The cost of shipping and any import fee are your responsibility. Items that are marked as final sale may not be returned.

Your silvercraft must be in original condition -unworn and unused. Please put it back in its original box and extra padding to prevent damade during order to prevent damage during shipping. is not responsible for items lost in transit. Items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Store credit

As soon as the return has been processed,you will receive a code for the total value of the return item (s). The code may be used on the following order placed on Barkastore.COM.

  • The cost of return shipping and the cost of import fees are deducted from the total value of the return item (s).
  • can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return;
  • is not cumulative with other store credits;
  • must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.


If you would like you money back, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that a refund has been issued to your original method of payment. Please allow20 days for this process.

Please note that your bank may require additional processing time to post this transaction to your account.

How does it work ?

  1.  Name the item you would like to return (include a picture of the product) 
  2. Mention why you would like to return it. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
  3. Chose your return otpion: store credit or refund.
  4. Get to the nearest DHL Post office and ship it to this mailing address:
