The mrach is a device used to anoint prayer-goers on Fridays. This silver mrach has been decorated using a silverworking technique of Hammering to engrave these beautiful flower designs on its surface. The top of the device can be screwed off to be filled with zhar, or rosewater, which is then offered to guests at weddings and traditional festive occasions.
