Inspired by the classic container used by Tunisian brides to hold khol, a legendary cosmetic that was an essential gift ahead of weddings, this silver apple can serve as a candy dish or a container for other small items. It twists open and comes apart to reveal a spacious hollow center. This apple has been finely engraved using the ancient and complex process of namli. Its ornately decorated surface is a tribute to the history of Tunisian silverwork.
