Silver Rose Water Sprinkler
Tunisia possesses a beautiful culture of hospitality, love and the passing on of heritage. Mrach is one of those vessels which depicts the beautiful customs of the Tunisian people. It is used to anoint those that enter the mosque to offer their prayers. The vessel is artistically made using the traditional technique of namli by which beautiful designs are engraved on silver. The floral pattern seems to rise up the vessel in the form of a creeper, making its way to the top where it reaches the aromatic ambergris flowers delicately secured at the top. Rose water is filled in the vessel and is traditionally used to present to the guests at special occasions.
